Information about data protection
Article 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation n. 679/2016

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform you that the European Regulation 679/2016 provides for Data Protection. According to the regulation indicated, this treatment is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency as well as the protection of your privacy and your rights.
Inside the website, we will register some personal data such as your name/surname and where you live, as well as telephone number, e-mail address and your organisation name.

Purpose, source and nature of data processing

A) personal data and email address: The data will be processed for registration in our database, with the aim of communicating inside our website the initiatives relating to your project that you will share with us. If you fail to provide those data, we won’t be able to provide the service.

B) other circumstances: the release of consent will allow you to be contacted for new opportunities that could open in which we think you might be interested.
All data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and in any case using suitable tools to guarantee their security and confidentiality.

Data processing and communication

All the data will be kept in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016 and may also be stored in IT and/or paper tools.
The data can be made known to all operators working within the Organization and public and private partners directly involved in the individual project and may be disclosed to public and/or private entities for the fulfilment of legislative and contractual obligations.

Data controller

The data controller is the Consorzio Consolida SCS in the person of its pro tempore lawyer in office at the facility.
Data Protection Officer

The European Data Protection Regulation sets the figure of the Data Protection Officer, also known as the “Data Protection Officer” or “DPO”, who must be appointed in the cases provided for by the articles n. 37 and n. 39 of the Regulation. Legal basis for data processing

The organization does not process data with automated decision-making processes. The European Data Protection Regulation confirms that each processing must be based on an appropriate legal basis.

Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations

The European Data Protection Regulation gives the obligation to inform the interested party (you) in case of the transfer of data concerning them to third countries, it is specified that the Organization, as Data Controller, informs the interested parties that carries out data transfers to third countries.

Data retention

The data collected by the Company, for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the operations for which they are acquired. The retention period will be determined because of the assessment of the individual transaction and will take place, in any case, in compliance with the principles of necessity, purpose, relevance and non-excess sanctioned pursuant to the Regulation.

Rights of the interested party (art. 15-22) of the European Regulation 679/2016 – European Regulation on Data Protection

Finally, we inform you that the articles 15-22 of the Regulations give to the interested party the possibility to exercise specific rights. The Regulations include the right to obtain from the owner the confirmation of the recording of your personal data and of the availability in an intelligible form; to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of data; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself.

The European Regulation also recognizes the right of the interested party to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to data portability.
